Markéta Dostálová
Massage Therapist
Founder of Sahā
Markét holds a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation from Health University in the Czech Republic. During her studies, she gained experience working with neurologically impaired children in the Centre for Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities. Her focused interest in integrative manual therapy evolved over time, leading her to specialize in methods that bridge therapeutic manual practices with the nervous system and expand her expertise through advanced training in these approaches. Besides that she has been a guest instructor in Myofascial release at Nuddskoli FA since 2021.

Markét’s treatment is aligned to physical releases and often involves neuro-fascia technique, health massage therapy, and manual therapy together in an integrated neurosomatic approach.
Through her method, she simultaneously addresses muscles, fascia, and the nervous system, providing a comprehensive treatment plan.
Her main area of clinical interest is the role of nerve and muscle memory patterns in persistent and chronic pain. She uses techniques focused on restoring mobility, increasing respiratory competency, and improving body maps and movement abilities to create safety and ease from the body to the brain.
